Sarah's clients often say they feel overwhelmed, anxious, and alone. Many are navigating the pressures of being single and dating, others are dealing with challenging dynamics in their relationships. They all describe wanting a healthy and close relationship but are unsure how to make this happen.

Many of Sarah's clients are dealing with the challenges of peri-menopause and menopause. Her clients describe a rollercoaster of emotions and physical symptoms. Many women say they have coped well with stress throughout their lives and are shocked and confused to now feel they are at their breaking point. Too often they struggle to get the help they need to move forward.

Sarah is experienced in CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), attachment theory and non-dieting approaches.

Sarah is available Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays.

Lauren’s clients often say they feel anxious, overwhelmed, and down. Some also struggle with self-criticism, shame, and self-doubt. Many of her clients say are struggling with difficult family and relationship issues. 

Lauren’s clients might also feel stuck in painful experiences from the past, and find themselves unable to let go or move forward. They often feel on edge or frequently triggered by things in their everyday life. These experiences have left them with a negative view of themselves, other people, and the world at large.

Lauren works collaboratively with her clients to help them get unstuck, feel more connected and fulfilled in their relationships, and live a happier and more meaningful life. She draws on techniques from Schema Therapy, EMDR, CBT, and attachment-based approaches.

Lauren is available Thursdays & Fridays.

Her clients are often managing the pressures of major life transitions, such as finishing school, starting work, navigating family conflict, relationship issues, and becoming a parent. 

Sally helps people who feel overwhelmed, anxious, unhappy, and lonely in life. Her clients often say they struggle to manage and understand their emotions, know who they are, trust themselves, and feel confident to be themselves. They often feel insecure, unheard, and disconnected from their family and friends. They might say they wish they had more friends or were in a relationship.

Sally also helps parents to better understand and relate to their teenagers. She helps families to communicate effectively, deal with difficult issues, and connect in meaningful ways.

Joanne Ronalds trained as a clinical psychologist after a career in social work in Australia and overseas. Joanne works with adults experiencing anxiety and mood disorders, trauma (including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, PTSD and complex PTSD), and relationship issues.

Joanne’s clients often say they feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, and inadequate. They may have experienced changes in their lives and relationships which have left them feeling stuck, unsure how to move forward, unable to enjoy their lives, and uncertain about the future.

Some of her clients say past traumatic events have changed the way they view their lives. These painful experiences have made it difficult for them to trust themselves and others, and feel safe in the world. They can struggle to get close to people and maintain healthy boundaries.

Joanne uses Schema Therapy, Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) to help her clients develop new perspectives and ways of responding to life's challenges.

Amy’s clients often struggle with negative emotions, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, and feeling disconnected in relationships. Some of her clients are stuck on past painful experiences, unable to move forward in their lives. Some are navigating the transition to parenthood and balancing work and family life. They often feel overwhelmed by their responsibilities as a parent, and are worried they cannot cope or are losing their identity.

Amy helps her clients to get unstuck from difficult emotions, let go of unhelpful habits, feel more present in their lives, and move in the direction of their values

Ronit helps people who are struggling with anxiety and depression, particularly when their usual coping strategies are falling short. Her clients may be overwhelmed, burnt out, feeling isolated or unsupported in their lives. Her clients often say they don't feel like themselves, feel down and struggle with motivation to make the changes they would like.

Ronit helps people to increase their self-awareness and to challenge any unhelpful thinking patterns that may be keeping them stuck. Ronit works collaboratively with her clients, helping them develop a personalised toolkit of coping skills aimed at helping them come to terms with adversity and live a rich, full and meaningful life.

Ronit helps her clients using CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy alongside data-driven approaches to monitor and track treatment effectiveness.

Some feel unable to move past certain distressing experiences in their lives. Some describe being stuck in a cycle of procrastination, feeling everyday life is harder than it should be

Sally helps her clients to tackle their inner critic and let go of their perfectionism. She guides them to process and learn from painful past experiences. She assists them to develop the strategies they need to bring structure and calm to their lives

Tiffany Brest (she/her) is a clinical psychologist experienced working with young people, adults, and couples. Her interests include anxiety and mood disorders, peri- and post-natal mental health issues, adjustment to life transitions, and relationship issues.

Tiffany helps people who feel unhappy and unfulfilled in their lives. Her clients often say they struggle to know how they are feeling and what they need and want in life. They sometimes feel inadequate, full of self-doubt, and fear they are not good enough.

Tiffany also helps couples who feel disconnected in their relationship, confused and hurt by their partner’s behaviour, frustrated that they and their partner can’t understand each other, and uncertain about the future of their relationship.

Tiffany uses an engaging and collaborative approach to help her clients to explore their experiences, challenge their usual way of approaching issues, and make meaningful changes in their lives.

To do this, Tiffany draws on Lacanian psycho-analysis, solution-focussed brief psychotherapy (SFBP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and The Gottman Method approaches.
